Hi, I'm Miki.
I’m the founder of 12:1 Fitness & Nutrition, a Registered Dietitian, and a group fitness instructor.
For years, I was an endurance athlete, running marathons and spending hours training. But as life changed and I entered my 40s, I realized that approach no longer fit my lifestyle or my schedule. I shifted my focus to strength training, shorter workouts, and smarter nutrition, and I started seeing real, sustainable results.
That shift changed everything.
12:1 Fitness was born from that experience and from my belief that health shouldn’t require burning yourself out. It should fit into your life, support your body, and help you stay consistent through every season.
This program is built on the idea of endurance, not intensity.
